The Team:

Our Value Engineers (VE) are the trusted advisors for the end-to-end customer value journey, and work on the intersection of technology and business. Value Engineers partner with sales and customers to create compelling solutions and prototypes within the Celonis software to critical business problems.

The Role:

As a Strategic Program Lead, you'll be the driving force behind the implementation of strategic decisions made by our leadership. These programs span across multiple organizations, centered in Value Engineering, but spanning across Product, S&O, Ecosystem, Services, and beyond.

You'll craft the strategy, chart the program's course, and spearhead its execution. During execution you ensure a program’s success by coordinating all workstreams. You will lead some workstreams yourself and provide guidance to the respective teams for others, while reporting on the program's progression and success to our management.

Your contributions will directly influence our company's trajectory, making a visible difference in our strategic outcomes. By engaging with diverse teams across various organizations and collaborating closely with our management, you'll gain invaluable insights, deepening your understanding of distinct operations and broadening your professional horizons.

The work you’ll do:

Design and conceptualize strategic programs (incl. data analysis).
Lead and oversee program execution from inception to completion.
Coordinate and guide all involved parties in their respective streams.
Take ownership of specific streams, ensuring their success.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth program delivery.
Report to our executive management on program progress and outcomes.

The qualifications you need:

Outcome-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Proficient understanding of Celonis’ GTM methodology & functions.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead by influence.
Proven experience in effective and efficient project management.
Solid foundation in data analysis & modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and resilience in the face of changing priorities.
