As part of our Pernod Ricard team in Cologne, you will drive and manage the transformation roadmap for Western Europe ( DACH and BENELUX) and act as a liaison between the Transformation COE and our businesses in these countries. Given our exciting growth phase, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Transformation to be able to shape and drive operational efficiencies.
These are your tasks
- Own and sustain the Western Europe Transformation Roadmap, ensuring new projects are robustly planned, completed projects are successfully transitioned to business as usual, and the overall portfolio is strategically aligned to the Western Europe Growth Equation
- Prepare regular reporting for the German Management Team and HQ/regional leadership, partnering with Finance to develop financials and KPI tracking in line with program deliverables
- Maintain ongoing foresight of resourcing requirements to deliver the Transformation portfolio, and ensure risks and bottlenecks are proactively mitigated
- Develop in conjunction with the HQ Transformation the project and change management methodologies and best practices, driving their usage and continuous improvement across projects
- Partner with the HQ and HR teams in the design of end-to-end processes to ‘join the dots’ between projects to deliver and sustain the Transformation, and overarching persona-led change management program
- Support the Management Team in the development and deployment of Transformation communications across Western Europe, including celebrating successes achieved
- Steer and coach direct reports to deliver their projects/programs on time and in line with expectations
This is your profile
- Have significant (8+ years) experience of project/program management, particularly complex programs in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Experience defining and implementing operating models within the CPG industry, especially Platform Company structures
- Highly developed strategic conceptualisation capability across wide range of business topics
- Strong analytical capabilities, able to process broad and complex data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and deal effectively with challenging conversations Positive mindset towards/approach to change
- Agile & flexible mindset, embracing fast pace, high complexity and blend between individual & team work
- Conversant in key financial metrics (P&L and balance sheet)
- Preference for certified project management practitioners (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2 etc.)
- Preference for consulting or equivalent background
- You speak German and English fluently
