WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have already gained several 2-3 years of professional experience in process and project management and know what is important

• A business degree would be great, but it is not a must

• You have a high affinity for processes and a good understanding of the interrelationships of complex IT systems
• Ideally, you have some knowledge of business process analysis and modelling
• Initial knowledge of Jira, Confluence or Salesforce would be an advantage
• You are a facilitator and want to change things with a motivated team
• Your way of working is structured and outcome-oriented
• Quality always comes first for you
• You are characterised by a structured way of working combined with dynamism, quick comprehension and high analytical thinking skills
• Business fluent German and English round off your profile
• You are able to visit our inspiring Ansbach office at least once a week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You'll contribute to broader projects and initiatives, e.g. conducting a task such as defining a specific requirement, and develop yourself towards the strategic direction of the team
