Property Administrator & Analyst (m/f/d) – Hamburg

The purpose of this role is to secure the property administration for all tenancies of our O&O Concept Stores in the Northern Europe business region while considering the contractual obligations, the utilisation of the rights granted and the legal requirements.
- Ensuring the entire process flow and correspondence with all external (landlords, administration companies, etc.) and internal process participants
- Reviewing and preparing of rental contracts for new rentals, relocations, closures, and lease extensions of existing properties and therefore taking the legal premises and Pandora-specific needs, such as compliance with rental agreement standards into account
- Recording and continuous analysing of all contract-relevant rental data in the database as well as timely creation of decision templates (e. g. for portfolio analysis, contract extension, terminations, rent analysis, etc.)
- Preparing of IP’s for new stores/relocation/lease renewals for reconciliation with the Property & Network Director and participating in the weekly cluster property meetings
- Securing, recording and continuous analysing to secure a unified view on network
- Monitoring of deadlines for rental contract periods, notification dates and rent payments – securing continuous reporting system

- You have experience from property retail industry and have gained 3-5 years of relevant job experience
- You are excited to work in a complex international environment and you already have experience in working in a global organization
- You have strong personal skills and a customer-oriented mindset (e. g.: landlords, developers)
- You have good legal and financial skills as well as analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data
- You are able to collaborate cross-functionally
- You hold a university degree, ideally in the fields of retail property, business, economics or similar
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
- You are fluent in English, good knowledge in French is very welcomed
