Become part of the Digital Customer Interaction (DCI) team at ZEISS Medical Technology and support us in developing and introducing an exceptional digital customer experience
Your Role
- independent planning and management of roll-out projects for the introduction of new digital services and business models (e.g. subscription management) in our sales markets
- creation of relevant marketing and training material as well as support of our ZEISS organizations worldwide during the test and go-live phase
- obtaining country specific customer requirements and specifying them for the development teams
- working closely with various organizational units, aligning project requirements and identifying synergies to continuously improve our DCI offering
Your Profile
- completed university degree (business administration, engineering, IT or equivalent)
- first experience in international and ideally virtual project management - experience in agile projects and development tools (e.g. JIRA / Confluence) is desirable
- first experience with e-commerce solutions and platforms are an advantage
- very high affinity for digital technologies and process optimizations as well as a strong customer orientation
- high motivation to drive digital change in a larger organization and a strong "get-things-done" mentality
- strong English communication skills, other languages are an advantage
- international experience and willingness to travel internationally
