Then your responsibilities could be

• Successfully identify the real problem from the customer’s point of view to build and execute data analytics work plans that deliver business impact.
• Apply specialized skills and fundamental data science methods (e.g. regression, survival analysis, segmentation, experimentation, and machine learning when needed) to inform improvements to our business
• Perform exploratory and targeted data analysis using commercial and open-source data analytic software packages.
• Communicate technical analyses and results to division customers.
• Build actionable KPIs, production-quality dashboards, informative deep dives, and scalable data products
• Collaborates with the team and works on data and business problems in order to improve the effectiveness of business decisions and business results. Understands the business’ problems to identify the optimal modeling approach.
• Influence leadership to drive more data-informed decisions
• Define and advance best practices within data science and product teams

Is this you?

• You have 3-5 years of practical experience:
  • with Python and software engineering fundamentals
  • with applied statistics and quantitative modeling (Machine Learning, regression, survival analysis, segmentation, experimentation...)
• University degree in Data Science or Computer Science with adequate data science experience with excellent academic records (Master degree or MBA are of advantage)
• Curiosity about the problem domain and an analytical approach
• Expertise with statistical techniques and their applications in business
• Ability to provide written and oral interpretation of highly specialized terms and data, and ability to present this data to others with different levels of expertise
• Programming experience and ability to develop prototypes and deploy them to production
• Practical working knowledge of agile development methodology and knowledge of full-stack development
• Demonstrated Analytic Agility and ability to quickly learn and switch topics
• Masterful data storytelling and strategic thinking
• Strong sense of ownership and growth mindset
• Expertise in collaborating with other designers, developers, and advisors.
• First-class verbal and written communication skills with the ability to eloquently articulate strategy, concepts, and rationale in a comprehensive and understandable manner verbally, written, and visually.
• Domain experience in e-commerce appreciated

2 to 3 days you will work from the office while the other days you are free to choose.
Currently, we are not offering relocation support.
