As a Working student (m/f/d) you are part of the User Research & Experimentation team, which consists of a UX Researcher, Conversion Optimization Managers, and a Customer Experience Manager and ensures that the user experience in the C&A online store and app is continuously developed further. You will work closely with our UX Researcher and ensure that Product Managers and Product Designers are provided with valuable user insights to create the best possible user experience.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment and setup of qualitative and quantitative user studies and interviews, the synthesis and analysis of data, and the creation of reports
• You will independently set up smaller UX surveys (on-site surveys) and UX tests (unmoderated), carry out the associated data analysis, and create reports for our various stakeholders
• Supporting the Customer Experience Manager in analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer feedback, and documenting various customer experience metrics (Net Promoter Score, Customer Satisfaction Score, etc.)
• Carrying out trend, market and competitor analyses in the e-commerce sector and help to identify opportunities for creating a better customer experience

What you bring

• Currently studying business psychology, sociology, communication sciences, business informatics, human-computer interaction, or media sciences, with initial experience in a customer-centric company
• Enjoy interacting with web shop and app users, having a good analytical understanding for qualitative data, and creating easy to read reports. Comfortable working with quantitative data and enjoy variety
• Experienced with UX research tools like UserTesting, RapidUserTests, and Hotjar etc.
• Independent, results-oriented way of working, and able to balance pragmatism with attention to detail
• Empathetic in user interactions, skilled in handling bias, and interested in e-commerce and user experience topics
• Good English and German language skills
