- Supporting the project and sub-project management in an international HR transformation project, the global introduction of SAP SuccessFactors
- Supporting the project management in planning, coordinating and tracking the individual workstreams
- Collaboration on conceptual and operational tasks in the project
- Preparation of meetings/committees for and together with the project management
- Visualisation of decision bases for the management
- Supporting administrative activities in the area of Global Human Resources
- Advanced Master's degree, preferably in the field of business administration, business informatics or psychology
- Initial experiences in project management through internships or working student activities are an asset
- Confident in using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient user skills in English and German
