The Customer Reviews team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical. In this key role, you will spearhead the roadmap and establish optimal practices for the effective management and future-oriented innovation of Customer Reviews. You'll have a high degree of independence, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback to navigate this impactful domain. Collaboration with senior leaders across multiple SVP organizations is crucial to define and implement changes, alongside partnering with PM-Ts and cross-functional teams within and beyond the Community Feedback organization.
Key job responsibilities
What you will do: You will define the vision, proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and lead the execution of Customer Review's next-generation customer experiences. This involves guiding dedicated UX and engineering teams to shape the roadmap, customer experience, experimentation strategy, and success metrics. A strong focus on metrics and insights will be essential to advocate for customer needs. Given the strategic importance, you'll regularly present compelling updates to senior leadership to secure alignment on your vision and plans.

What you will learn: This position offers the chance to enhance your communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively influence and collaborate with senior management. You will gain expertise in A/B testing, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with UX and engineering teams to deliver seamless experiences across all devices (desktop, mobile app, etc.) and geographies.

The Customer Reviews team is responsible for the reviews CX and technology solutions WW. We are investing in LLM based solutions across the entire CX and launched Reviews Highlights.
