The Customer Reviews team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to spearhead innovation. You will define the roadmap and establish best practices for optimizing and advancing Customer Reviews. This role demands a high degree of autonomy and analytical rigor, leveraging data and customer insights to navigate a dynamic, high-impact domain. Collaboration with senior leaders across multiple Senior VP organizations is crucial for driving change, alongside partnering with PM-Ts and cross-functional teams, both internal and external to the Community Feedback organization.
Key job responsibilities
What you will do: You'll set the vision, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and lead the delivery of next-generation customer experiences for Customer Reviews. Engage with dedicated UX and engineering teams to define the roadmap, CX strategy, experimentation plan, and success metrics. Obsess over metrics and leverage learnings to champion customer needs. Regularly craft and present compelling artifacts to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on your vision and strategic plans.
A day in the life
What you will learn: Enhance your communication skills to influence and collaborate with senior management. Develop expertise in A/B testing, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with UX and engineering teams to deliver seamless experiences across all devices (desktop, mobile app, etc.) and geographies.

The Customer Reviews team owns the reviews CX and technology solutions WW, investing in LLM-based solutions across the entire CX, including the launch of Reviews Highlights.
