Your Tasks

• Daily processing of business transactions with domestic and foreign banks
• Contact person for daily banking transactions
• Monthly foreign currency valuation of banks
• Posting of building cash registers
• Processing of asset additions and disposals and posting of monthly depreciation
• Processing incoming invoices
• Preparation of monthly payroll accounting
• Preparation of lists for expats and deployment for tax consultants and HR
• Carrying out payment transactions
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Your Profile

• Completed training as an office clerk or office communications clerk or comparable training
• 5 years of professional experience in similar areas of responsibility
• Good user knowledge of SAP & MS Office
• Conscientious and independent completion of tasks
• High level of personal commitment
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and English
