The position to be filled is part of a research project "Work and Loneliness" funded by the program "Research on Occupational Health" (FOGA).
The overarching goal of this project is to establish loneliness as a relevant topic for interdisciplinary work research and to identify target groups and starting points for the prevention of loneliness in the work context. A particular focus is on the optimal design of structural working conditions, particularly those that have changed permanently as a result of the pandemic (e.g. mobile working). For this purpose, representative secondary data will be analyzed and new data will be collected in the context of a diary study. We are looking for a postdoc (100%) or PhD student (75%) who will carry out the project completely (postdoc) or partially (PhD student). The PhD student will be supported by another person from the team. Depending on the qualifications, the position can be used for a doctorate or further scientific qualification. In addition, there is the possibility for further research cooperation within the team of department.
