Your tasks:

• Preparation and analysis of longitudinal secondary data on work-related predictors of loneliness
• Design, implementation, and analysis of a daily diary study on loneliness at work
• Implementation of Open Science principles in all project phases (e.g., pre-registration of studies, transparent research data management)
• Publication of English-language articles on the project results
• Participation in science communication and transfer of the project results

For applicants to the doctoral position:

• Master degree in psychology or a related subject must have been completed at the time of starting the position
• Experience in scientific work, e.g., as a research assistant or in the context of a research internship, ideally experience with conducting and analyzing longitudinal studies
• Above-average academic performance, especially in methodological subjects

For applicants* to the postdoctoral position:

• Doctoral degree in psychology or a related subject should be completed at the time of starting the position
• Experience in independently conducting data collection (ideally longitudinal or experience sampling studies)
• Topic-specific expertise (e.g., publications) is of advantage
• Experience in supervising student assistants

For all applicants*:

• Very good knowledge of the statistical software R
• Good knowledge of the analysis of longitudinal data
• Enthusiasm for the topic of the project
• Very good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is of advantage
• Excellent ability to organize oneself
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and high commitment
