Junior Data Engineer
At Blue Yonder, we optimize supply chains of large enterprises through hundreds of millions of decisions every day. Due to our work, customers never face empty shelves and less goods, like groceries, go to waste.
In the store fulfillment product development team, we build highly scalable SaaS solutions which help our customers in optimizing and automating their store orders.
We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to support our team in Germany, either Hamburg or Karlsruhe.
What your role is with us
Collaborating in a diverse and inclusive environment with passionate Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers improving our SaaS solution- Working in a DevOps setup and collaborating with Support teams to operate our SaaS offering
- Designing, implementing, and extending data pipelines for fully automated decisions
What you can bring to us
Understanding of core SDLC principals, including software source control and CI/CD- Experience in Python and its open-source ecosystem - we use Apache Airflow, Dask, FastAPI, …
- Experience with SQL, common database technologies, and no-SQL storage technologies
- Programming experience in Java is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Loads of enthusiasm
