• Have 5+ years of experience in building JAVA web applications
• Write clear, testable code
• Have experience in Spring (Boot)
• Know how to build good REST APIs
• Have a strong understanding of domain, product, and architecture
• Solve complex problems independently
• Supervise and coach junior colleagues
• Possess excellent English skills
