Clerk for commercial shipping & export (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Shipping processing/invoicing of international shipments
• Support in the national area
• Preparation of export, shipping and customs documents
• Monitoring and completing export operations
• Obtaining and evaluating freight offers
• Commissioning transport services and freight cost control
• Document processing for letters of credit and debt collection transactions
• Intrastat declarations
• Confirmations of entry
• Participation in the further development of business applications relevant to the area

Your qualification:

• Training to become an industrial clerk or comparable training (forwarding clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
• Solid experience in shipping and customs clearance
• Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations
• Good knowledge of English/MS Office skills
• Experience with Atlas export
• Knowledge of Infor LN, AEB and preferential law desirable
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and a high level of communication skills
