Your role:

Architecture definition and schematic design of RAM and ROM compilers to optimise the circuit in terms of
Development of technologies for the manufacture of MEMS components at wafer level
Planning and management of development projects based on X-FAB procedures and rules
Development of new process steps in collaboration with the process engineering team
Development of in-line and PCM test structures in collaboration with the relevant X-FAB teams (e.g. Process Characterisation)
Collaboration with all X-FAB departments with the aim of successfully completing development projects and handing them over to the operations organisation
Collaboration with external customers and partners
Documentation of tests and results in accordance with X-FAB regulations

Your profile:

University degree in physics, electrical engineering, information technology, semiconductor technology or a related subject
Interest in the development of modern MEMS technologies
Knowledge of silicon-based semiconductor technology
You enjoy interacting with people and enjoy daily teamwork in a multicultural working environment.
Good knowledge of English and German (written and spoken)
