Your role
Are you an experienced Customer Enablement Manager (d/f/m) looking to make your mark in the rapidly growing electronics industry? Luminovo is gearing up for Series A funding, and after winning 120+ customers in Europe, we're further expanding throughout Europe and the US.
In this role, you will take responsibility for offering our customers the best possible customer experience and service quality. You will work closely with Luminerds from our Customer Success, Product, and Sales team and gain exciting insights into the operational business of our customers in the electronics industry.
Our product: Luminovo's software suite is catered to solving engineering and procurement issues in the trillion-dollar electronics idea-to-production value chain. To learn more about what we do, you probably want to check out our website, plus two of our blog posts (here and here).
Language requirements: We are very active in the DACH region and are expanding throughout Europe and North America. Therefore, being fluent in German and English is a must. Any additional languages are a big plus.
Work setup: You can join our team remotely, or in an on-site/hybrid setup close to our headquarters in Munich. We expect you to occasionally travel for customer workshops or representing Luminovo at larger sales fairs. Travel expenses will of course be covered by us.
