Marketing Manager – Urology (m/f/d)
#Your Challenge
- Responsible for the design and development of the annual marketing plan for the SWAN region, ensuring close collaboration and buy-in from sales management
- Develops, establishes, and executes marketing strategies and tactics to meet organizational objectives (including a focus on Digital Activities)
- Assists in providing market potential/analysis in developing market planning documents that encompass strategic planning, marketing plans
- Develops operational product launch strategies and adaptation of downstream marketing programs and initiatives in collaboration with marketing and sales managers
- Supports field execution of marketing programs through active presence in the field, working with sales management, sales representatives, and clinical specialists
- Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing physician product trainings
- Develops and implements promotional activities/materials for the franchises
- Analyses financial performance of relevant products and works with sales management team on action plans to help the region hit revenue objectives
- Identifies and develops relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the field
- Develops and maintains relationships with key functional areas including CWC Marketing, EMEA Marketing, EDUCARE, HEMA sales colleagues at all levels
#Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or similar disciplines
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable position in a multinational company, ideally with sales experience
- Experience working within medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry is required, experience within the Urology franchise is desirable
- Business fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are strongly required, additional relevant languages a plus
- Good understanding on the opportunities of digital transformation and customer experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and long-term business planning experience
- Excellent collaboration skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationship with all kinds of stakeholders
- Flexibility in terms of willingness to travel across the region indicated
