What You Will Do

• You´re collecting and analyzing data from a variety of sources, including financial statements, market research and industry reports.
• You´re monitoring and updating forecasts as new data becomes available, and making adjustments as needed
• You´re reviewing forecast performance and incorporating feedback from demand planning to improve forecast error and bias metrics
• You propose additional data elements that can be consumed and work with data scientists on the further development of forecasting models
• You´re collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure forecasts are aligned with the overall business strategy
• You perform analysis to support value chain planning strategy, policy and demand-supply segmentation recommendations

What You Will Bring

• Completed university studies (Bachelor/Master) in mathematics, physics, business administration, computer science or similar
• Advanced skills demand statistical forecasting, data analysis, root analysis, management reporting
• You establish skills in demand planning, demand sensing, exception management and resolution, scenario planning
• Developing skills in customer focus, interpersonal skills, teamwork & collaboration, effective communication, conflict management, organizational savvy, plans & alignment, project management skills, problem-solving and decision making and business acumen
