Global Stakeholder Relations (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will ensure Bayer's presence and relevance at international events and forums
• Design and implement an integrated plan for engaging with key international stakeholders and networks will be part of your daily work
• You will manage relationships with international networks such as the World Economic Forum, Munich Security Forum, and Bloomberg
• You will proactively build and coordinate the internal Bayer community on engagement at global events and key networks
• Provide insights and intelligence to management on key international stakeholder activities and opportunities for Bayer is a key part of this role
• You will maximize leadership in impactful platforms that support company interests, such as Davos and the Bloomberg New Economy Summit
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support countries and divisions to develop capacity for engagement with international networks

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a relevant degree in a related field such as political science, international relations or similar
• You have experience in organizing large events or international delegations
• You have developed over the years excellent project management and coordination skills
• You have already gathered professional experience in public affairs, including internationally
• Your interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder influencing skills are excellent
• You bring also experience in coordinating matrix teams and adapting quickly to changes
• You have an existing relevant network
• Fluent English, spoken and written; other language skills an advantage
