As Team Lead Plastics (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the supervision of production teams. You will report directly to the supervisor and help to develop the team in terms of safety, quality and evaluation. In addition, you will assist in problem resolution, including root cause investigation and corrective action tracking. As well supporting defined KPIs while promoting a positive and consistent problem-solving approach to team development.
- You have professional training in the injection molding industry or a comparable qualification, preferably in the automotive industry with several years of experience in injection molding.
- Certificates on injection molding or process technologies desirable (training on spray technology, robot programming, pouring curves, etc.)
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- You already have experience in process optimization, for example lean production.
- Experience in leading a team and advanced soft and people skills is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English or German.
