  Ensuring a feel-good atmosphere in the office
• First point of contact for employees' major and minor concerns regarding the office and office organization
• Welcoming and providing initial support for guests and visitors
• Purchasing office supplies and catering
• Responsibility for building management and communication with external service providers
• Support and participation in projects of the Office Management team

• Ensuring that our customers, service providers and employees can be reached by telephone

• Supporting our management team with administrative and operational tasks

YOUR POTENTIAL

• A proactive, independent and structured way of working as well as service-oriented -thinking and acting
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
• Communicative, friendly and diplomatic manner
