Your Role
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student with a background in machine learning to assist with the annotation of medical data. As part of this role, you will work closely with medical application specialists, technology experts, and other team members to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our annotation process. This position is a working student position comprising of 50% annotation using in-house annotation tool and 50% application of suggested methods on the annotated data. Roles and responsibilities:
- learn about the medical application and terminologies from medical application specialists
- prepare the data and annotations in collaboration with medical and technology experts
- annotate medical data using in-house annotation tool
- design, develop and implement ML solutions on the annotated data
- collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in the annotation process
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Your Profile
- currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- proficiency in Python programming languages and machine learning toolboxes, e.g. Pytorch, TensorFlow, etc.
- excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
