About the job

A unique role in HR. You maintain the HR IT systems and acts as system administrator and (e.g., creating new users). Ensures a coordinated change request process, checks functional requirements regarding feasibility.

In your future role as “ HR IT Specialist” you will

• Independent definition and creation of reports
• Maintenance of the time & attendance system
• Time Management models
• Update HR Portal
• Contact for time related employee requests.

We believe you bring

• HR knowledge and IT affinity
• Very good knowledge of Human Resource Management
• Fluent in English & German
• Indication of 5 years professional experience

Great if you have

• Specific system knowledge (LOGA an advantage)
• Payroll systems knowledge
