Tasks

• You will report to our Head of Influencer Marketing You will use different strategies to search for influencers on various platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok,YouTube, podcasts and more.
• Create a pipeline of potential influencers and reach out to them to propose deals.
• Ask for their account’s insights to check if there’s a match between their followers and our target audience.
• You will negotiate the campaign costs & deliverables and run the campaign with the influencers.
• You will review the performance of the campaign to inform our next decisions and optimise future campaigns.
• You will work with our brand & campaign manager on creating and optimising influencer briefingsHelp us to innovate and develop new forms of collaborations and contracts, from Micro-Influencers to Celebrities.
• Update and improve our internal processes.

Requirements

• You already know some moves in Influencer Marketing or consider yourself a sales-driven person.
• You rock on negotiation and are ready to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
• You are familiar with CRM or Sales tools.
• You are interested in marketing kpi’s and want to learn how to make great decisions based on data
• Organization and strong communication skills are part of your profile.
• You are fluent in English, verbal, and writing.
• You love Social Media and keep yourself up to the new trends.
• You see yourself one day becoming a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager leading a team
• You have the right to work in Germany and are available for a full-time position.

Our Influencer Marketing department is a performance/sales-driven channel. This position involves a lot of campaign negotiation but you will not be doing content creation or social media management.
