We are looking for an experienced Executive Creative Director (all gender) for one of our locations in Germany to lead our successful OSK studio for visual communication and brand spaces.

What you accomplish with us:

Team leadership and development: Lead and inspire our talented design and architecture teams at OSK Studio for Visual Communication and Brand Spaces
Set creative impulses: Develop sparkling ideas for unique brand worlds, of any kind
Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in our complex matrix organization
Create innovative experiences: Always think different to create impactful brand & product experiences
Inspire customers: Convince our international OSK customers with new and extraordinary ideas
Build a network: Maintain and expand a strong network of creative partners and creative production studios in Europe, China and the US

How to convince us:

Experience: Over 10 years of professional experience in the field of brand experiences/brand spaces for international brands - ideally in fashion, art and pop culture, also on the agency side
Creative strategist: combination of creative and strategic thinking as well as an innovative approach to challenges
Persuasiveness: Ability to inspire client representatives up to C-level
Track record: Proven track record of successful projects and campaigns in portfolio
Leadership: Talent and experience to inspire and motivate teams in the long term
Creative passion: Enthusiasm for trends, zeitgeist and pop culture
International know-how: Familiar with events such as Art Basel, Milan Design Week, SXSW and Comicon
Strong network: Good contacts to creative partners and creative production studios, especially in Europe, China and the US
Strong communication skills: Excellent German and English skills
Willingness to travel: Within Germany and internationally
