As a working student (f/m/d) in People & Culture, your role is that of a Student Partner.
You will take on the holistic process of providing HR support to all students in Berlin and Ludwigsburg.

These tasks await you:

• Support in almost all activities of the core area Human Resources within the Circle People & Culture
• You are responsible for the whole employee lifecycle of students including recruitment, onboarding, support and offboarding
• Support of people operations for full time colleagues
• Taking over administrative processes, e.g. coordination of appointments, general correspondence and other support in day-to-day business
• Creation of job references or other legally relevant documents
• Active cooperation in specific projects of the holistic HR management
• Independent coordination of the recruiting process for new talents
• Contribution to good teamwork and an efficient process st

• Studies in economics, business education, business psychology or comparable, ideally with focus on human resources management
• Initial practical experience in the field of human resources, i.e. through internships or working student activities
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as knowledge of SAP HR beneficial
• Fluent in German and English
• Independent, structured way of working and organizational talent
• Excellent team and communication skills as well as supportive character
• Hands-on mentality absolutely necessary
