Your Role:

As a Cities & Public Services Senior Specialist your main role will be to manage the relationship between 3DS and the “public sector” and related industry stakeholders (politicians, administration, public agencies, business associations, think tanks, universities,…) and generate significant business opportunities and revenues for 3DS.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify sources of public funding (eg. R&D support) and advocate in favor of 3DS projects.
• Identify, develop and manage associations, networks and industry clusters to develop and integrate 3DS solutions and technologies such as concepts or demonstrators to support the key GEO industries with focus on the Infrastructure and Cities sector.
• Identify as early as possible business opportunities and actively contribute to transforming them into significant deals.
• Together with GEO industry leaders and sales team engage customers from early stage all the way to deal closing through network, clusters and projects in the GEO Cities & Public Services industry.
• Willing to travel in Central European region, up to 25%

Your Qualifications:

• Significant experience in both the public (national or local government / parliament and international organizations) and private sectors (industry, consulting) preferably from the high tech / leading innovative sectors.
• Proven track record in business development (governmental and industrial), adept at identifying and qualifying new opportunities within complex networks.
• Expertise in public relations and institutional affairs, with a strong network in government agencies, associations, and business circles.
• Proficient in pipeline management, forecasting, and closing deals
• Skilled in process management, digital transformation and establishing industry standards, with a history of program and project management.
• Familiarity in private and public funding mechanisms.
• Business fluent in both German and English
