The Company:

A leading Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer (IPP) with 1500+ employees, 3GW+ of installed capacity globally. As the portfolio expands so does their ambition to achieve significant year-on-year growth. As part of ongoing investment into focus markets and the need to drive signed contracts secured they are looking to hire a Offers and Contracts Specialist to join their High Performing Management Team.

The Role:

As Offers and Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for support leading Capex activities of Utility Scale Projects.

Some duties will include:

• Management and coordination of the different units involved in determining the CAPEX for future Onshore renewable projects.
• Coordinate the technical-economic homogenizations of the main equipment
• Maintain technical-commercial relations with contractors
• Perform preparation of tender documentation
• Manage the technical contracting process for BOP contractors
• Lead contractual and technical Due Diligence processes
• Coordinating external consultants and internal support teams

The Person:

The successful candidate will likely have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, related field or equivalent combination of education
• 5+ years’ experience in the energy industry, ideally in tenders and contracts negotiations with German contractors
• Proven abilities to develop and acquire a ready to build and operational asset pipeline in Germany
• A strong ability to operate at all levels, right up to Board Level management
• Be able to solve complex problems, Engage, Lead, motivate and inspire teams to success
• Must Speak German and English
