About us:

Kaayoo is a young e-commerce company specializing in the sale of EV charging devices. Our goal is to provide our customers with a unique shopping experience.

For our core team, we are looking for a working student to support us in the administration of our online shop and in organizational tasks.

Tasks:

• Assisting the core team in managing the online store, such as handling customer inquiries, fulfilling orders, and creating marketing materials
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products/services and drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and target audience to develop compelling marketing messaging and materials.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to effectively reach target audiences and drive traffic to our website.
• Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and consumer preferences.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Preconditions:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messaging and content.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a team and independent way of working
