Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

This role is responsible for supporting and executing the European DTC commercial price management strategy for Bricks and Mortar Factory Outlets and ecom Outlet. Supporting to drive qualitative, sustainable and profitable growth
Key metrics for measuring success outside of financial KPIs are always right price on arrival, on time execution of any strategic changes including promotional calendar and EOSS/MSS
A key focus of this role is organisation and attention to detail to ensure excellence in execution

Key Responsibilities:

Support execution of key strategic priorities in line with the company and FO Strategy framework
Execute the commercial price management for assigned product segments in Factory Outlet DTC, in line with the company and FO Strategy framework
Execute tasks to support the end-to-end accuracy of pricing and markdown management for assigned product segments for DTC outlets
Execute all designated tasks related to the Mark Down Optimisation (MDO) tool including defining proposals on markdown requirements required to drive higher sell-through and on clearance prices
Execute the on time and in full communication to stores of all pricing activities – aligning with Store Operations on executional feasibility
Provide analysis to support the Senior Pricing Manager in the definition of end-to-end pricing and markdown strategies and processes to drive a higher sell-through and ensure a flawless execution
Support pre-season product planning by providing sales analysis at price point level for consideration on future buys
Execute sales periods end to end incl. providing in-depth analysis on sell-through in preparation
Contribute to the design of key Pricing reports to the Reporting Committee
Execute all designated pricing activities related to the Retail Factory Outlet Marketing Calendar

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Skills in MS Office & MicroStrategy
Knowledge of retail management systems
Fluent in English (Additional language is an advantage)
Good analytical skills & commercial skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Structured, organized and process-orientated
Attention to detail and ability to derive end-to-end picture
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in Business or Finance, ideally with Marketing and Sales focus or equivalent professional retail experience
Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in job or job function
