The position incumbent is responsible for the management, supervision, and coordination of the end-to-end integrated schedule development, coordination, and control process throughout the life cycle of the project(s). Enabling project teams to target competitive schedule solutions and provide critical input for the project risk management process.
- Lead, manage and develop the Planning Team COE
- Supervise and assure the quality and timeliness of all scheduling activities
- Drive standardization into scheduling process and direct function oversight to any contracted scheduling services
- Ensure appropriate schedule detail level is utilized based on project execution requirements and project phase
- Ensure schedules are properly loaded with project resources to facilitate effective staffing and resource density analysis
- Ensure key metrics and benchmarks (internal and external) are in place to effectively gauge schedule performance and promote continuous improvement
- Relevant bachelor’s degree and/or professional training desired
- 10+ years’ experience in the commercial construction industry and 15+ years of scheduling experience preferred
- Experience in construction industry; specific to semiconductor plants, clean rooms and tool installs Design and/or construction of process or clean utility systems
- Experience in working with engineering, procurement, and contractors
- Experience in managing, coaching and developing an international team
- Exceptional organization and coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to interface with all levels of management to team members
- Strong technical and business problem solving skills
- Fluent English language skills
