Where your expertise is needed

• Conduct thorough research on potential business leads, competitors, suppliers, projects, and the latest trends in the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM).
• Support the business development team by proactively identifying new business opportunities and strategic partners to fuel growth at goodcarbon.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Assist the marketing team with insightful research and engaging content for publication across our various marketing channels.

What we are looking for:

• Currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, Economics, or a related field.
• Possess initial practical experience in business development, sales, research, marketing, communications, or the tech industry – experience within a startup environment is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for achieving sustainable impact and a strong understanding of the critical challenges posed by climate change.
• Exhibit proactive, collaborative teamwork skills, coupled with a critical mindset and meticulous attention to detail. Eagerness to learn within a dynamic startup setting and a desire to take on responsibility from the outset are essential.
• Possess excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and German to effectively collaborate within our international team.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and be based in Berlin.
