As a (Senior) Product Designer (m/f/x) at DR SMILE, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the treatment experience for our patients. You will be at the forefront of designing an innovative portal that guides our patients through every stage of their dental health journey. This role demands a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Your Tasks

• Design Leadership: You lead the design of our key product - a comprehensive patient portal that provides educational content, customer service tools, and treatment compliance features
• Refining Design System: You use and evolve our established design system, ensuring consistency and innovation across all patient interfaces
• User-Centric Approach: You conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviours of our patients, especially in the context of remote dentistry
• Collaborative Development: You work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content, CRM and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of various platform features
• Innovative Solutions: You create engaging, intuitive, and accessible designs that cater to a wide range of patient needs and preferences
• Quality Assurance: You ensure the highest standard of design excellence, usability, and functionality in all product outputs
• Continuous Improvement: You gather and respond to user feedback, using it to make informed design decisions and continual improvements to the platform
• Strategic Contribution: You contribute to the strategic planning of the product roadmap, aligning design efforts with business goals and patient needs

Your Skills

• You have 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital platforms
• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
• You are proficient in design tools, preferably Figma
• You have a profound experience with design systems, and a track record of successfully implementing and evolving such systems
• You are experienced in conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
• Moreover, you have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• You speak fluent English
