Giga Berlin is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Site Development team in Grünheide. The site development team coordinates the processing of all permit applications at Giga Berlin and develops all external utility and traffic connections for Giga Berlin. You’ll be a central point of coordination inside the Site Development team for permitting related projects. By channeling all documentation and communication in a structured manner you`ll ensure to keep all permit documentation updated and harmonized across Giga Berlin.

• Develop project schedules and validate them with internal and external project stakeholders
• Coordinate project internal assignment of individual tasks and track progress against deadlines
• Provide status & progress reports to senior management
• Anticipate project bottlenecks ahead of time and escalate project risks to the critical path
• Provide hands-on support to the project team whenever needed/useful (it´s your project, make it happen!!!)
• Compile lessons learned for projects and apply to following projects

• Excellent German and fluency in English
• Background in technical field + several years of professional experience
• Successful track record in managing complex projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Structured way of working
• Proven capability of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving mentality
• Team player
