• You have demonstrable, relevant experience in the design and integration of large applications, either as a lead developer or as an IT Architect
• You have relevant experience with various architectural styles, from classical 3-tier to event-based to cloud architectures - and you can explain the tradeoffs
• Your technological expertise covers one or more of these topics: frontend, database, integration or cloud technologies
• You find the right language when talking to developers, product owners, and managers. You explain to developers why they need to focus on customer-centric features and explain to product owners why they must care about technical debt
• Your heroes are Greg Young, Udi Dahan, Eric Evans, Vaughn Vernon, and Gregor Hohpe, among others
