Our People & Culture Services and Systems team are responsible for providing the digital infrastructure and services at the heart of our pan-European HR operations. The PMO Manager role is a pivotal part of this team, ensuring the successful implementation of standardized HR solutions and transformation programs across the organization. By providing coherent project management support and coordination for multiple initiatives involving many of the same stakeholders, this role facilitates efficient project collaboration and communication within People & Culture and across the organization, ultimately contributing to the achievement of strategic HR objectives.
