The work schedule for this position is:
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Provide construction and maintenance site oversight services for the Facility Management Office (FAC) of U.S. Consulate Frankfurt. Oversee site management and provide technical support for project management services at U.S. Mission Germany’s property portfolio including remote support to U.S. Consulates Munich, Düsseldorf and other sites. Advise on project specifications including electrical, mechanical, and other discipline requirements. Provide project oversight including construction quality and quantity management, inspection, safety inspection and reception of works. Organize and coordinate contractor and in-house resources at project sites to facilitate project success. Position reports to the Facility Management Project Manager.
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management (or related major) or technician certificate in electrical, HVAC, mechanical trade is required.
LANGUAGE:
This may be tested.
