Die Aufgabe umfasst die Unterstützung von Technical Key Account Managern, Dokumentation von Prozessen und Interaktionen in einem ITSM-System und die Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern. Die Stelle ist ideal für Studierende mit wirtschafts- oder IT-bezogenen Studiengängen und guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.
Your tasks:
You support the Technical Key account Managers of the Service Desk Connectivity team on a specific project. You will learn about our agile project management and collaborate with all stakeholders to bring the project a success. With your polite and professional appearance, you ensure a high-quality outcome with the expected timeframe. Your tasks include the ongoing logging and documentation of processes and interactions in the ITSM system (IT Service Management). You have the will to constantly expand and deepen your knowledge. In doing so, you receive a great deal in return for your outstanding performance from your team.
