Our ambitious growth plans have brought about the opportunity for a conscientious and tenacious Executive Assistant to support our Executive team from our Hamburg office. This is a pivotal role in the Organisation and is important to the success of the Executive and Branch Management, and as a result to the Company.

Acting as the Business Unit Director’s ‘right hand person’ this role is key in supporting the advance of Company initiatives and achieving goals as well in providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to high-level executives within the organization. This multifaceted role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Executive Assistant serves as a gatekeeper and the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees. They must exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, interacting directly with high-level executives, and representing the organization in a professional and polished manner. This role should possess a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion, as they regularly handle sensitive information and confidential matters. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, demonstrating exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
