YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set the vision for Radiology Competitive Intelligence to align products with Global Solution Provider goals
• Analyze competitor activities and industry trends, combining data to provide valuable insights for Global Radiology product and customer teams
• Utilize existing data channels (Quest, Nautilus, Customer Experience, Veeva CRM, etc.) for competitor intelligence
• Collaborate with external agencies to effectively distribute competitor information to product and customer teams
• Guide and support regional product and customer teams in implementing actions based on competitor intelligence
• Regularly communicate with teams to gather and apply competitor intelligence to future strategies and business plans
• Innovate with global product leads to expand the reach of competitor intelligence
• Strengthen competitive position and financial performance by monitoring customer behavior and product use

• Master's or bachelor's degree in science, humanities, or social sciences
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Radiology marketing, including strategy development and execution
• Profound knowledge of the Radiology Portfolio in a commercial environment
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate analyses into actionable strategic insights
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and lead matrixed teams, synthesizing complex information to inform strategy and action plans
• Strong project management skills and ability to deliver agreed outcomes within deadlines
• Autonomous, self-organized working style with a self-motivated attitude in a fast-paced environment
• High mental agility, able to quickly adapt to new environments and teams
