Your Role as Account Manager for Distribution & Artisans

In this dynamic position, you will take full commercial responsibility for the Baden-Württemberg and Saarland regions. Operating from your home office with approximately 70% travel, you will drive growth strategies and foster enduring customer relationships. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in interpreting KPIs to steer both immediate and long-term business success within our Sales Team South.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Design and execute high-impact sales strategies to achieve profitability targets.

Your Professional Profile

• Proven commercial background with at least two years of sales experience, ideally within the food and beverage sector.

• Academic degree in Business, Marketing, or completed vocational training in a food-related craft.
• Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are essential.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is highly valued.
