The purpose of the HR Business Partner role is to manage the numerous needs of the company and our employees, aligning the HR initiatives with the overall business objectives to support the growth of the company as we look to further expand to America, Asia and Africa. This position helps in maximizing the efficiency of the organization by focusing on a number of HR matters including recruitment needs, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, performance management and compliance with local labor laws.
