The purpose of the HR Business Partner role is to manage the numerous needs of the company and our employees, aligning the HR initiatives with the overall business objectives to support the growth of the company as we look to further expand to America, Asia and Africa. This position helps in maximizing the efficiency of the organization by focusing on a number of HR matters including recruitment needs, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, performance management and compliance with local labor laws.

The responsibilities for the HRBP include, but are not limited to, the following:

Recruitment

• Provide support to the business in the recruitment process

Onboarding newcomers

• Responsible for information gathering and preparing the job offer/ employment contracts.
• Responsible for onboarding new employees
• Welcome new employees upon their arrival and provide them with the necessary practical information
• Preparation of the onboarding tools for the line manager & newcomers
• Responsible for organising IT equipment in cooperation with the IT department

Offboarding

• Responsible for getting IT equipment back
• Updating HR systems

HR & Personnel Administration

• Responsible for A-Z HR administration
• Responsible for payroll processing administration for employees
• Provide input on absences/salary increases for payroll preparation
• Have a clear overview of key figures on internal mobility, absenteeism, career termination and aspects within the life cycle of employees
• Absence & Holiday Management

Comp & Benefits

• Managing the comp & ben administration for all employees in the countries in which P95 is/will be present
• Facilitate the yearly salary reviews

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws (on employee & organizational level)
• Providing advice to managers for the proper handling of termination cases or other HR issues

Processes & Tools

• Drive, support and advise management pro-actively in HR processes & tools
• Assisting with the implementation and continuous improvement of processes within HR

Expense Management

• Approving/rejecting expenses of employees
• Approve Office and HR related supplier invoices for payment in a timely manner.

• 5-10 years’ experience in Human Resources and understand the operational aspects of all HR processes;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (others language will be a plus);
• Proactive, have a sense of initiative and can work independently;
