As a Planner (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the effective execution and management of the end-to-end integrated schedule development, coordination, monitoring, control and reporting process throughout the life cycle of projects. You will enable project teams to target competitive schedule solutions and provide critical input for the project change and risk management process.

Supports standardization into scheduling process

Supports the schedule development and management, including resource loading and leveling

Supports the management and implementation of key metrics and benchmarks (internal and external) to effectively gauge schedule performance and promote continuous improvement

Performs a variety of tasks associated with the development and maintenance of highly complex Primavera P6 project schedules including WBS structure development, logic links, constraints, progress tracking, earned value reporting, float management, etc.

Ensures the schedule minimum quality standards and it is ready to accommodate change and risk management process

Participates in schedule update meetings as required

Work extensively with subcontractors ensuring schedule requirement compliance, accurate and timely updates, slippage recovery, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field and/or Construction Management
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience in the EPC Engineering, Procurement and Construction industry, working with engineering, procurement, and contractors
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as exceptional organization and coordination skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Project Controls Functions
- Basic understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) concepts and calculations
