We are looking for a
Finance Process Management Lead (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Baden-Baden, Münster, Verl, Varberg, Heerenveen or Oslo – flexible working conditions available

Key responsibilities:

• You will take over the disciplinary management of an international team of 4 finance process specialists and be responsible for the coordination, motivation and further development within the team.
• The finance operations development team ensures the development of the correct processes for product innovations, the implementation of finance processes for 9 countries in which we operate.
• You are modelling with your team digital booking processes and creating system requirements which will be implemented by IT with your support.
• In your daily work you are part of a multidisciplinary team. Your most important stakeholder are colleagues from the Daily Finance Operations Team, IT, Product Development, Merchant Desk and Sales.
• You and your team you are the contact person for operationally, financially relevant questions from different stakeholders.

Important skills:

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and in the field of process management
• Very high IT affinity and knowledge of JIRA, KANBAN, Agile working methodologies
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of English
• A team-oriented mindset that raises collaboration and collective success.
