Your role - You will take over the deputy management of the work preparation and production planning team and can well imagine taking over the complete management of the team in the future
- You will be responsible for optimizing capacity utilization and ensuring smooth, on-time production, taking into account the factors of quality, cost-effectiveness, delivery capability and occupational safety.
- You ensure the procurement of raw materials, taking into account quantity, time, quality and costs, and for this purpose you are in close coordination with the strategic purchasing department with regard to necessary contractually secured quantities
- You are responsible for the inventory management of the relevant raw materials
- You actively participate in the recruiting and hiring process of new employees
- You are responsible for the development and training of employees in the following areas
- You are responsible for the correct recording of working hours as well as the budget
Your profile - You have successfully completed training or studies in the field of Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar
- You have an affinity for processes and enjoy working on their optimization and improvement
- You like to work independently and have a problem-solving and structured way of working
- You are experienced in working with MS Office and SAP 4 Hana
- You are a communicative, enthusiastic team player and enjoy working with people
- You can easily communicate in German and English (spoken and written)
- You have a valid European work permit
