Our Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T) Europe team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern. The intern will primarily be responsible for assisting with data analysis, documentation, software development, and evaluation tasks. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in the field of data, process improvement simulation and contribute to ongoing projects.

Schedule - 40h/ week

Please note the position is for a fixed-term contract - 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Documentation of codes developed for data analysis of DQP testing data.

• Documentation on the ongoing in-process sensors evaluation program.

• Dashboard development for tracking non-conformances.

• Programming of web interface for public funded projects.

• Evaluation of standard software for elastic models in manufacturing simulation.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming in Python and C/C++/C#.

• Web designer using standard windows tools.

• Basic understanding of structural simulation.

• English intermediate.

• Existing rights to work in European Union.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++/C#). CI/CD and Matlab is a plus.

• Familiarity with Finite Element Method (FEM).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
