Financial Administrator (m/f/d)
You ensure that all transactions and complex business processes are executed correctly, completely, and in a timely manner. You are responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with national and international laws and regulations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing accounting operations and assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Importing and reviewing transactions in general and sub-ledgers, including handling all aspects of the process
- Supporting accounts receivable with invoice preparation
- Reviewing invoices and handling accrual formation and monitoring
- Recording, archiving, and auditing all types of financial documents. Ensuring proper filing and compliance with document retention periods
- Analyzing, preparing, and compiling financial reports for assigned customers/suppliers. Reporting on financial implications, opportunities, and risk assessments. Supporting the annual audit and participating in quarterly and annual financial planning
- Participating in projects
Your Profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You already have initial professional experience in the finance area, ideally in an international high-tech company
- You are a team player, communicative, persistent, and possess an analytical and solution-oriented working style
- You have solid skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word), and ideally also in SAP and TM1
- Your excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
