The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Event Organizer to join our team. This role is at the heart of our mission, requiring a blend of creativity, networking, and organizational skills to curate unforgettable house parties, engage with influencers and celebrities, and secure sponsors for our events.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute house parties and social gatherings using the Invite app, ensuring a high-quality, engaging experience for all attendees.
• Network with influencers, celebrities, and potential partners to host their events on our platform, expanding our reach and enhancing our brand.
• Identify and secure sponsorships for events, creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Work closely with our marketing team to promote events and increase app usage.
• Analyze event performance and attendee feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event planning and management, with a strong portfolio of past events.
• Excellent networking skills and a knack for building relationships with influencers, celebrities, and brands.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for events and partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the social and digital landscape, particularly social media and event promotion.
