WHAT YOU DO

• As Executive Assistant, you are supporting our Chief Creative Officer in the day-to-day business
• You are responsible for administrative assistance, such as coordinating internal and external meetings, calendar management and travel management and its accounting
• You act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners in German and English, both verbally and in writing
• You support project work and drive it forward. You will also assist with the preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops

WHO YOU ARE

• You have work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• You are confident in using MS Office and know how to create excellent PowerPoint presentations
• You have outstanding organizational and time management skills
• You have excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business
