We are looking for a Team Leader (f/m/d) to work as a Service Delivery Manager for one of our international clients in the financial sector. You will be the first point of contact for our client and be based in Frankfurt am Main.

Your tasks

• Responsible for the delivery of services in the area of space management, set-up and relocation planning
• Leading an interdisciplinary dynamic team (approx. 10 colleagues) to control the optimal delivery of services including performance management, quality management and reporting
• Precise, binding and result-oriented communication with our client
• Preparation and implementation of regular meetings with our client
• Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and directives (such as the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV), the Workplace Directive / Technical Rules for Workplaces (ASR) or the Assembly Venue Directives as well as the relevant EU regulations)
• Ensuring compliance with quality management processes (specific workplace standards and guidelines as well as experience in working with relevant standards and laws)

Your profile

• Completed studies from a real estate environment, e.g. interior design, facility management, engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position and in the field of space management and relocation management
• Experience in leading teams
• Business fluent English - German is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong organisational, people management, time management and planning skills
• Excellent customer relations skills, as well as strong communication and diplomatic skills
• Very good analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel (affinity for reporting)
• Knowledge of CAD systems, document management systems such as Open Text, Livelink, as well as CAFM systems, preferably PLANON is an advantage
